The service

Lucro is a software service designed to help businesses manage advertising budgets, commerce data, reporting workflows, recommendations, and related operational processes across connected platforms (such as Meta, Shopify, and Slack). We may modify, improve, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident involving your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or performance of the service.
• Access the service through unauthorized means, including probing, scraping, or bypassing access controls except as allowed by law.

Customer data and integrations

You retain responsibility for the data you submit, connect, or direct us to process through the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to use that data and to connect third-party platforms such as advertising, commerce, analytics, and messaging services.

Feedback
